NAEA Legal Defense Fund
Be a champion for enrolled agents everywhere.
The NAEA Legal Defense Fund was established to assist with the legal expenses required to defend the rights of enrolled agents to practice before all levels of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and associated levels of state or local departments of taxation. Funded by voluntary member and affiliate contributions, the Legal Defense Fund is used to:

Make your voice heard where it matters.
NAEA’s political action committee (NAEA PAC) gives NAEA members a stronger voice in Washington. NAEA PAC is dedicated to advancing matters of legislative concern on behalf of enrolled agents. Only NAEA members are eligible to contribute to the PAC.
NAEA 教育 Foundation
Support the EAs of tomorrow.
The NAEA 教育 Foundation (NAEA-EF) was established in 1972 and is dedicated to assisting enrolled agents in maintaining their professional standing and supporting aspiring enrolled agents interested in entering the profession. The Foundation also proudly offers annual scholarships that help EA candidates prepare for and take the Special Enrollment Examination (SEE).
